To subscribe to this website you must be aware of and agree to the following...

In these terms and conditions the term 'Company' means art-in-interiors.com. The term 'Customer' means the party who places an order for an entry on the art-in-interiors.com website. All orders accepted for publication by the Company are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company and the Customer. The placing of any order by a Customer will be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. The online subscription service will be for a renewable period of 12 months beginning on the day a Customer web page goes live. A customer webpage is considered live upon written, emailed or verbal confirmation by the Customer to the Company notifing approval with regard to the interior images featuring their work.

2. Accounts must be settled within 30 days of a customer page going live and the Company reserves the right to remove from the website a Customer in non-compliance.

3. Compilation of a Customer biography or statement is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

4. The Customer is responsible for providing the Company with images and text of suitable quality to facilitate the creation of promotional, interior-design images and a Customer biography or statement.

5. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the Company of any inaccuracy in its website entry.

6. The Company reserves the right to refuse subscriptions to the website at its absolute discretion.

7. At the sole discretion of the Company, should hosting a Customer web page be deemed a conflict of interests, the Company reserves the right to cancel said subscription and to remove the Customer web page immediately and without prejudice.

8. In no event shall the liability of the Company for any breach of contract or in tort exceed the price paid by the customer for the website entry.

9. The Customer shall not hold the Company liable for any costs arising out of a dispute with a third party introduced to the Customer through the website.

10. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Should a Customer wish to remove its website entry, written notice of cancellation should be sent to the Company's address.

11. The Customer shall have the right to update textual and graphical information in its website entry up to a maximum of two times per year free of charge. Further request for alteration will incur an additional charge. This does not apply to Hover-Popout information which may be updated upon Customer notification at the Companies earliest practicable opportunity.

12. A Customer requesting web page or Featured artist Hover-Popouts accepts that the Company imposes strict size restricions thereon. It is a Customers sole responsibility to provide the Company with all neccessary images and text to facilitate the creation of Customer requested Hover-Popouts.

13. A Customer may make use of Company created interior-design images featuring their own artwork for their own promotional purposes as long as reproduction in any form, electronic or physical, is accompanied by a reference to the Company, which is clearly and visibly displayed adjacent to the image.

14. All website content and images are copyright the Company and all rights are reserved. With the sole and specific Customer related exception defined within Term 13. above; any third party wishing to recreate, use or display any images created by the Company or any style or content from the art-in-interiors.com website for any purpose, will require prior written authorisation from the Company.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Company and Customer hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
